Reiki is a simple, peaceful, easy energy balancing relaxation method that directs Universal Life Force Energy to you for balancing and harmonizing your physical, emotional and spiritual levels to assist you in self-healing.

Reiki helps to release stress and energy blocks that help you to heal yourself as all healing comes from within.

During a Reiki Session you are dressed in your street clothes and either sitting in an upright position on a chair or in a reclining position on a Reiki table.

Your Reiki practitioner uses very light touch on or slightly above your major energy centers (chakras) to facilitate balance, harmony and relaxation.

Reiki is all natural, peaceful, gentle, non-invasive and works well with all healthcare treatments.
